Urgent Office Closing

Our office has experienced an emergency which has led to immediate temporary closure.  On Friday, 12/29/17 we experienced office wide flooding due to a broken water pipe. We are unable to determine when the office will be able to reopen. Our nurse triage service is available 24 hours a day, and can consult with the provider on call if medically necessary.  Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will keep you updated once more information is made available to us.
